Cornerstone Christian Church in Effingham will once again serve as the central drop-off location for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes.
There are a couple changes this year:
- Candy and toothpaste can no longer be included in a shoebox.
- Operation Christmas Child is asking for a $9 donation per shoebox to help cover shipping and other ministry expenses.
Here are the dates and times shoeboxes can be dropped off:
- Monday, Nov. 13 – 9-11 a.m.
- Tuesday, Nov. 14 – 9-11 a.m.
- Wednesday, Nov. 15 – 9-11 a.m.
- Thursday, Nov. 16 – 5:30-7:30 p.m.
- Friday, Nov. 17 – 5:30-7:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Nov. 18 – 9-11 a.m.
- Sunday, Nov. 19 – 2-5 p.m.
- Monday, Nov. 20 – 9-11 a.m.
Cornerstone Christian Church is located at 3600 South Banker.
