Kay Frances Enloe, 79 of rural Toledo, passed away at 7:29 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016, in the Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, in the Swengel-O'Dell Funeral Home of Neoga, with the Rev. Steve Massengill officiating. Visitation for family and friends was held one hour before the services at the funeral home. Burial was in the Humboldt Township Cemetery of Humboldt.
The Swengel-O'Dell Funeral Home of Neoga is in charge of arrangements.

Kay was born March 2, 1937, in Douglas County, the daughter of Tom and Flo (Louthan) Wampler. She married Frank D. Enloe on September 24, 1956, in Corinth, Mississippi. Kay retired as a supervisor from the Mattoon Garment Company after 18 years and was also employed by the Brown Shoe Company, both of Mattoon. Kay and her husband also delivered the Mattoon Journal and Times Courier for over 10 years.
She had a great love for her family, grandchildren, friends, neighbors and Neoga.
Kay is survived by her husband of 60 years, Frank D. Enloe, of rural Toledo; five children, Tony Enloe, of Toledo; Marty Enloe, and wife Sherry, of Ashmore; Mark Enloe, and wife Melody, of rural Montrose; Twila Simpson, and husband Tom, of rural Mattoon; and Tina Hall, and husband Harold, of Paris; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Enloe was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Bill Wampler.
